







On 19 September 2025, CWDCC, AAC, WCN and local authority celebrated together to organize the Global Week Climate Action Campaign under the topic of Enhancing Women’s Participation for Climate Justice. There was a total of 160 participants (including 85 people are women) who were students, teachers, WCN representatives, farmers, partners, local authority officials, community fishery members, and villagers. The campaign has successful achieved the key results as below: 
1. All participants heard about the voices of women through WCN representatives and women farmer shared their life experience. 
2. All participants aware the leadership of women in leading society work. 
3. All participants understood the benefit of agroecology in adapting to climate change through shares the theory and display agricultural product that produced by women farmers. 
4. All participants understood the impacting of climate change, plastic, and environmental degradation through we called together for protecting to reducing the GHG. 
5.Supported the Koh Kruasna-Lork community fishery to plant 1,000 mangroves for increasing the CCA action that lead to the low-carbon economic.
This event has supported by ActionAid International and UN Women through ActionAid in Cambodia.
